Blend:
1/2 large cucumber, peeled & diced into chunks
2 medium zucchinis, diced into chunks
1/2 medium yellow onion
1/4 cup parsley
2 cups baby kale
1 cup arugula
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 veggie stock
1/4 tsp ground mustard seed
1 tsp. Himalayan salt
Pepper to taste
