Dijon Basil Vinaigrette

whisk together

1.5 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1.5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

1 Tbsp. dijon mustard 

1 Tbsp. chopped basil

Pinch of Himalayan salt 

Dash of pepper

I always seem to be making this dressing on the fly. But that’s the great thing about it, it can be whisked up in minutes! I also love putting this on a chicken dish to fancy it up or it also pairs well with some good grass-fed steak.
