Matcha Powder
If you follow me on instagram you probably know that I have a love affair with matcha (powdered green tea leaves).
I could go on and on about the benefits and what I love about it, but I will save that for a blog post. The one thing you should know when purchasing matcha powder is to make sure it is “ceremonial grade.” This is the kind that carries all the potent benefits.
Matcha is a great alternative to coffee, but definitely comes with a bigger price tag. Terrasoul Superfoods’s matcha is one of the best values I’ve come across. The quality is great and the price tag is better than most.
