Easy Peasy Parsley Sauce

BLEND:

2 handfuls of parsley

4 cloves of garlic

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) Add more or less here for desired consistency

1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 ice cube (optional)

This is another go-to sauce that livens any dish! Parsley is a detoxifying herb that is rich in vitamin K (which can improve bone heath) and has one of the highest concentrations of myricetin (a skin cancer fighting compound) per 100 grams. Myricetin has been shown to help prevent skin cancer. So eat up!
