Red Lentil Pasta

This red lentil pasta is my favorite spaghetti next to some real Italian homemade pasta.

It still has carbs like pasta, but it also acts as a protein and fiber source (6 g of fiber per serving!), which helps to control your blood sugar and insulin levels.

I also love the taste! To me regular boxed pasta has zero flavor, but this red lentil spaghetti has its own flavor that you can build upon. My favorite combination with this pasta is with red sauce, whereas I prefer edamame pasta with pesto and green sauce.
