Think about it, our feet carry around our body all day long and in turn can hold a lot of stress and tension. Using the sports trigger point ball, or simply a lacrosse ball, you can relieve some of this tension and pain that you may be feeling in a whole other part of your body.
2.Masseuse.
Never pay for a foot massage again. Or do because they’re amazing, but if you want to get one daily this is it.
Standing, apply pressure on the ball with the sole of you foot and with some speed massage each section of your foot for a few minutes. Do it while watching tv or at your standing desk at work. It’s quick, easy, portable and feels so damn good.
