Coconut Matcha Smoothie

blend:

1/4 cup raw almonds

1/2 small banana (frozen preferred for creaminess)

Juice of 1/2 lime

1 tsp. ceremonial grade matcha powder 

1 scoop collagen 

3 Tbsp. coconut yogurt (you can use a non-dairy coconut yogurt or a Greek coconut yogurt like Siggi's for extra protein!) 

1 cup/large handful frozen spinach 

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk*

*Add more or less to create desired consistency. 

 

One of my favorite combos coconut & matcha. It’s like these two were made for each other. This smoothie is so refreshing, while still giving you that caffeine boost you may need early in the morning or for an afternoon pick-me up! But don’t worry the caffeine from matcha won’t leave you feeling jittery, just focused.
